Delivery
During busy festive periods please try and place orders as early as possible to ensure all items are available for dispatch. The closer to Diwali day we cannot guarantee all items will be available to immediate dispatch and therefore may lead to you missing out on these items.
Orders placed via online shopping will receive confirmation of their orders by email and phone where possible. All orders placed before Midday will qualify for next day delivery for the specified days below. This will be a fully trackable service with excellent feedback from many customers.
Jalaram sweet centre will not be liable for any crumbs or breaks that occur during delivery of the order as this is handled via an external courier service. We will however pack products to the best of our ability to ensure this does not occur and each order will be checked twice to ensure no crumbs are found before an order leaves our shop.
Unfortunately we do not accept Returns at this time due to all products being food items and hence perishable.

Please Note: As our shop is CLOSED on MONDAY, we may dispatch your order on Tuesday if placed from Fri-Mon.
Uk mainland charges:
Maximum size of order is 20Kg volumetric weight as per courier restrictions. This may mean an additional delivery charge may be applied should your order need another box. Should this apply to you we will inform you once your order has been placed.
